We are not going to give personal profiles of the Mentors, as many of them are modest people despite their considerable ringing achievements. Suffice it to say that between them they average between 1000 and 2000 peals, and on average have conducted around 500 or more. They are also not ‘Peal Glory Boys’ and are just as likely to be found conducting a quarter peal with their local band.
