Lincoln 27 June – 5.08pm for 12 minutes as Olympic Torch enters the City 63 bells in 20 different locations across the city (the first time all the city’s bells have been heard simultaneously) followed by ringing in 12 towers as the Torch passes each Chris Woodcock
